OUR BUILDING

Overlook III is the first and only high-rise building on the right-hand side of Overlook Parkway, almost at the top of the hill. If you mistakenly pull into the “deliveries” entrance, please proceed further up Overlook Parkway to the driveway in front of the building that leads directly into the parking garage.

Directions From GA 400 / I-85

• Head west on I-285 W
• Take exit 18 for Paces Ferry Road toward Vinings
• Turn left onto Paces Ferry Road SE
• Turn left at the 4th light for Overlook Parkway
• Turn right into the 3rd driveway for Overlook III

Directions From Northwest GA

• Head south on I-75 S
• Take exit 259 for I-285 W toward Birmingham/Tampa
• Take exit 18 for Paces Ferry Road toward Vinings
• Turn left onto Paces Ferry Road SE
• Turn left at the 4th light for Overlook Parkway
• Turn right into the 3rd driveway for Overlook III

Directions From Airport

• Head north on I-285 N
• Take exit 18 for Paces Ferry Road toward Vinings
• Keep left at the fork and turn right
• Follow signs for Paces Ferry Road W/Cumberland Parkway N
• Turn left at the 3rd light for Overlook Parkway
• Turn right into the 3rd driveway for Overlook III

Directions From Downtown / Midtown

• Head north on I-75 N
• Take exit 256 for Mt. Paran Road Toward US-41/Northside Parkway
• Turn left onto Mt. Paran Road NW (signs for US-41)
• Turn right onto Northside Parkway NW
• Turn left at the 1st light for Paces Mill Road SE
• Turn right at the light directly past the train tracks for Overlook Parkway
• Turn right into the 3rd driveway for Overlook III

OUR PARKING

Overlook III has an attached parking garage. Visitors are invited to park on either floor 1 or 2 in any non-reserved space.

OUR OFFICE

Once parked, take the elevator (or stairs) down to the lobby level (L). The hallway will lead you past the front desk, directly to the elevators. Take any elevator on the left-hand side to the 11th floor. Turn right off the elevators, then left through the doorway. Follow the hall around the corner. Our office is on the right-hand side, Suite 1140.
